(RUNS A SIZE BIG. IF YOU HAVE A SLIM FOOT AND WEAR A 7 YOU WOULD NEED A 6. IF YOU HAVE A WIDER FOOT YOU CAN GO A HALF SIZE DOWN OR ORDER SAME SIZE. SO IF YOU WEAR A SIZE 10 you would need a 9.5 or just keep the 10 if wider foot. If slim foot you can get a 9 or 9.5. Can try on in store too)
